Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Stores Management

Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of materials as per company requirements.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and preservation of items.

QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)

Monitor workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.
Conduct safety inductions and training for employees and contractors.
Perform workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting.

ISO Coordination

Prepare, update, and control ISO documentation (SOPs, forms, manuals).
Coordinate internal and external ISO audits.
Track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and follow-up closures..

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of inventory and store management practices.
Familiar with QHSE regulations and ISO standards.
Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
