Job Description

Role & responsibilities All raw material stock keeping safe and secure It is the duty of stores in charge to keep the proper stock of food items for canteen as well as of Food court. Check daily basis stock inward and outward register with VISTA & SAP. Make sure all stock in pallets Every week consumption check and entry done in SAP. Always use LIFO AND FIFO process in cafe store Have to prepare daily consumption report. Have to be in the contact with food court staff as well as of canteen staff. Have to be in contact with various suppliers for prompt & steady delivery of food items. Have to negotiate well with the suppliers for discount on material. Have to prepare weekly, monthly reports on consumption as well as purchase of food items.
