Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In charge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory management, timely stock replenishment, and maintain high levels of accuracy and safety within the store premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain proper inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and initiate procurement when needed.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system data.
• Oversee inward and outward stock movement while ensuring quality and quantity checks.
• Manage store staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity and discipline.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Handle documentation related to stock transactions, including GRNs, DCs, and invoices.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor expiry dates, slow-moving, and non-moving items, and take necessary actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
