Job Description

Job Title: Store Keeper

Department: Stores / Inventory

Job Summary:

The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring proper storage and safety of stock. The role requires attention to detail, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices and delivery challans.
Maintain accurate records of stock in physical registers.
Issue materials as per authorized requisitions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all items.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits and assist during physical verification.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments.
Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of inventory.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines strictly

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of inventory management
Ability to maintain records accurately
Good organizational and time-management skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
