Store Keeping Duties

• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory control, stock management, and the timely issuance of materials for construction projects.
• Receiving and Dispatching: Verifying and receiving deliveries, ensuring the accuracy of items received, and managing the inward/outward movement of materials.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate stock records, stock ledgers, and registers.
• Stock Control: Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies and performing periodical stock verification.
• Requisitioning: Monitoring stock levels and initiating purchase requisitions for replacement materials as needed.
• Material Preservation: Taking appropriate action for the care and preservation of materials and ensuring a neat and tidy storehouse.

Accounting Duties

• Financial Recording: Performing daily accounting entries, often using software like Tally ERP, and maintaining financial records for site operations.
• Invoice Processing: Verifying sales/purchase invoices with supporting documents and issuing invoices.
• Cash and Petty Cash Management: Maintaining records of petty cash and managing the cash book.
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports on inventory status, financial transactions, and material purchase/received reports (MPR/MRR) to management.
• Coordination: Coordinating with the main accounts team for bill processing and vendor payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
