Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management

    • Maintain accurate records of stock levels.
    • Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
    • Update inventory management systems.
  2. Receiving Goods

    • Verify and inspect incoming deliveries for quantity and quality.
    • Ensure items are received as per purchase orders and invoices.
    • Unload and organize goods in the appropriate storage areas.
  3. Issuing Materials

    • Prepare and issue stock/materials based on requisition requests.
    • Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for all issued items.
  4. Storage & Organization

    • Store items systematically for easy access and retrieval.
    • Ensure goods are stored in good condition and in compliance with safety regulations.
  5. Documentation

    • Maintain records of receipts, issues, and stock levels.
    • Prepare inventory reports and submit to management as required.
  6. Loss Prevention

    • Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or damage.
    • Implement procedures to prevent theft, damage, and loss
