We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Store Staff to join our supermarket team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves and store aisles.
• Replenish stock and ensure product availability on the floor.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
• Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as per FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store including displays, counters, and work areas.
• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve complaints promptly.
• Support colleagues and store management in daily operations as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail, supermarket, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or lift light stock.
