Store InCharge

• Receive and verify incoming materials as per delivery challans and purchase orders.
• Ensure correct stacking, tagging, and labeling of raw materials, spares, and consumables.
• Issue materials to production based on material requisition slips and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requests proactively.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in both manual registers and ERP/software systems.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) inventory management methods.
• Supervise unloading, loading, and material handling activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the store premises.
• Prepare MIS reports like stock statements, consumption reports, and shortage analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing inventory control and material flow.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle) and MS Excel.
