Material Receipt & Inspection

• Receive raw materials, bought-out items, and consumables as per purchase order.
• Verify quantity and specifications with the delivery challan and purchase order.
• Coordinate with Quality Department for material inspection and approval before storage.
• Tag accepted/rejected materials properly and send rejected items back to vendors if needed.

2. Storage & Handling

• Arrange materials systematically (FIFO / LIFO method as applicable).
• Maintain proper labeling, bin cards, and segregation for easy identification.
• Ensure safe handling and proper stacking of heavy or delicate components.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.

3. Material Issue & Dispatch

• Issue materials to production as per material requisition slips (MRN/MIV).
• Record material movement in ERP or manual registers immediately after issue.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for finished goods shipment — packing, labeling, and loading supervision.
• Prepare gate passes and dispatch documents.

4. Inventory Control

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system data and report any discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels; inform purchase for re-ordering.
• Assist in annual stock audits and provide required reports to management.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain inward/outward registers, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and stock ledgers.
• Generate stock statements, consumption reports, and slow/non-moving item lists.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/5S documentation if applicable.

6. Coordination

• Liaise with purchase, production, and accounts departments for material flow and reporting.
• Support production with timely material availability to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors for material delivery and returnable items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
