Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Helper located at Kalbadevi, Mumbai. The Store Helper will assist with daily store operations including arranging and organizing products, ensuring the store's cleanliness, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities will also include supporting customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to meet their needs. Additionally, the individual will assist in keeping the sales floor efficient and working collaboratively with the team as required.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs.
Retail Sales and Organization skills to manage product displays and ensure a tidy, organized store environment.
Ability to support team members and assist in Training when necessary to maintain a productive store operation.
Proactive and approachable attitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Previous experience in retail is a plus but not necessary; on-the-job training will be provided if required.
