Position : 1
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory control systems are up to date.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store layout.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Plan, coordinate, and track shipment of products and materials.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
• Use ERP or inventory management software to log and analyze data
• Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams to support
• Support audits and inspections as required.
