Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels for medical and non-medical supplies.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure the "First Expired, First Out" (

  FEFO

  ) and "First In, First Out" (

  FIFO

  ) methods are strictly followed.

2. Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming goods from vendors and verify quantities against Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices.
• Inspect the quality and condition of items received and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure proper storage of temperature-sensitive items (like medicines or lab reagents) as per safety standards.

3. Documentation & System Entry

• Maintain accurate records of all GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issues, and returns in the ERP system.
• Update the inventory database daily to ensure real-time tracking of stock movement.

4. Inter-departmental Coordination

• Process internal indents (requests) from various departments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Finance teams regarding pending deliveries or invoice clearances.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience:

  23 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management.

• Healthcare Advantage:

  Previous experience in a

  hospital or healthcare

  setting is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  Basic proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with an ERP/Hospital Information System (HIS).

• Attention to Detail:

  Ability to manage high volumes of stock items without errors.

• Communication:

  Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with vendors and staff.
