Job Description

Role & responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify with purchase orders and delivery challans. Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report as needed. Maintain stock records in registers or inventory software/ERP. Organize and store materials in a safe and orderly manner. Issue materials to production, service, or dispatch teams based on approved requisitions. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks and audits. Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests for critical items. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area. Tag and label inventory properly for easy identification and traceability. Prepare and submit stock reports to management regularly.
