Store Executive - Inward/outward

Hello Everyone we are hiring for Store Executive / Inward - outward Note:- Must have furniture industry experience Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and issuing of goods. Order Processing: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to ensure adequate supply. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards and compliance with regulations. Organizational Efficiency: Implement efficient storage and organization techniques to maximize space utilization and accessibility. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of transactions, including invoices, receipts, and stock records. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and logistics. Fabric Management :- Checking quantity and quality of fabric and issue according to the project requirement and maintain record. Quality checking :- Checking of the Inward - outward material , check with P.O , maintain Inward and outward material , Segregate stock according to store , then stacking the materials. Techniques :- Employee techniques such as just- in–time inventory , safety stock , and first in , first -out. Transportation :- Dealing with different transporters , manage logistics . Job Requirements: Education: Graduate / Diploma in Material management . Experience: 2-5 Years ( Fabric or furniture background mandatory). Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track inventory levels and perform data entry with precision. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
