### **Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Store Executive** to manage and oversee our store operations in the handicraft manufacturing unit located in Site-5, Kasna, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **Tally ERP** and a strong understanding of inventory, procurement, and production-related documentation.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Tally ERP Operations**

* Manage and maintain the store inventory using Tally ERP.

* Issue **Job Orders** and **Purchase Orders** to vendors.

* Generate and manage **Delivery Challans**, **Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)**, and **Production Plans**.

* Track **Job Work Status**, **Production Reports**, and follow-ups.

* **Inventory & Documentation**

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

* Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.

* Keep accurate records of all **purchase**, **job work**, and **vendor-related documents**.

* **Vendor Management**

* Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and order fulfillment.

* Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and vendors.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably in manufacturing or handicrafts.

* Proficiency in **Tally ERP** is essential.

* Strong organizational and documentation skills.

* Good communication and follow-up abilities.

* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
