Job Description

Role Overview: As a Store Executive in a health care establishment, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the inventory and store. Your primary responsibility will be managing medical consumables, lab supplies, and general inventory to ensure smooth functioning across all departments. It is essential to maintain accurate stock records, monitor levels, and initiate procurement based on minimum stock thresholds. Additionally, you will coordinate with different departments for timely physical stock transfer and ensure proper storage of sensitive materials according to guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory management systems and conduct regular physical stock audits - Reconcile discrepancies and adhere to the FIFO method for stock usage - Collaborate with laboratory, radiology, and administrative departments for internal requisitions - Manage inward and outward movement of goods with appropriate documentation - Ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols related to inventory handling Qualifications Required: - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with various departments - Passion for inventory management, operational efficiency, and contributing to the smooth functioning of a diagnostic centre.,
