Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely
receipt and issuance
of raw materials, packing materials, engineering, and consumable items as per
cGMP
norms.
Maintain
regulatory and customer audit readiness
.
Drive
zero NPA generation
and reduce existing NPAs.
Coordinate with sourcing and
monitor receipt to RM store
.
Supervise
material shifting and unloading of solvents
into designated tanks.
Ensure
cGMP compliance
in Finished Goods and Raw Material stores.
Conduct regular
warehouse activity monitoring
and
stock verification
.
Maintain
FEFO (First Expiry First Out)
system.
Maintain
good housekeeping
within the warehouse and surrounding areas.
Ensure
proper documentation
and record-keeping.
Provide
training to subordinates
and promote team safety awareness.
Ensure
PPE usage
and adherence to
safety norms
.
Maintain
effective warehouse operations
in line with
GMP
guidelines.
Handle
regulatory and customer audits
with confidence, aiming for zero non-compliances (NCs).
Coordinate with QC for
sampling and analysis
of RM/PM.
Prepare, implement, and review
SOPs
.
Ensure timely
issuance of RM/PM
to production as per schedule.
Collaborate with
Technical, QC, QA, Finance
, and other teams for smooth functioning.
Maintain
reconciliation
of outgoing and incoming
raw and intermediate materials
.
