Job Description

As a Store Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include: - Receiving incoming goods and ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Inspecting materials according to purchase orders and standards - Preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and making necessary entries in the system - Handling rejected or replacement materials - Ensuring proper storage, preservation, and identification of all stored materials Additionally, you will be required to: - Maintain accurate records of stock, including receipts, issues, and returnable/non-returnable items - Facilitate the issuance of materials to various departments upon proper request - Handle the dispatch of materials to project sites with appropriate packing and documentation - Make entries in the system for both issues and dispatches to maintain accurate stock records This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits of this role include leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.,
