Job Title: Store Assistant – Real Estate
Department: Stores / Inventory
Location: randesan,Gandhinagar
Reporting To: Store In-Charge
Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing construction materials.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
Issue materials to site engineers as per approved requisitions.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of materials.
Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or damages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and site procedures.
Skills & Requirements
Ability to maintain records and basic documentation.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory software is an advantage).
Good coordination and communication skills
Honest, organized, and responsible.
