Job Title: Store & Staff Supervisor (Operations + Discipline)

About the Role

We are a wholesale ladies’ ethnic wear company looking for a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure staff discipline, and make sure work is done as per job descriptions.
This is not a desk-only role — you will be on the shop floor, at reception, and in accounts areas to check smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline.
• Ensure staff follow their assigned job duties (Accounts, Reception, Sales, Packing).
• Handle cross-duty assignments — e.g., if accounts staff need to sit at reception.
• Report any refusal to follow instructions.
• Operational Checks
• Verify order billing accuracy and timely packing.
• Ensure stock records are maintained and updated.
• Monitor customer handling quality (both wholesale buyers & walk-ins).
• Coordination
• Move between 2–3 offices/outlets as required.
• Coordinate with management on daily progress and issues.
• Disciplinary Action
• Give verbal/written warnings as instructed by management.
• Maintain discipline records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,841.86 per month
