Storage L2 - Pune, Bangalore (Immediate Joiners Only)

• Provide

  remote L2 support

  for Storage Hardware and Software to enterprise customers.
• Perform

  problem resolution, escalation management, and root cause analysis

  for storage-related incidents.
• Work on

  HP Storage Products Online & Nearline

  , including enterprise-level Tape Libraries (MSL, ESL, ESL-E, VLS, D2D, etc.).
• Manage and troubleshoot

  SAN environments

  including

  Fiber Channel, iSCSI, RAID, NAS

  , and

  Switched SCSI

  configurations.
• Conduct

  firmware upgrades, diagnostics, and testing of Tape Libraries

  using HP’s L&TT tools.
• Handle

  SAN Infrastructure

  components – Blade environment, Virtual Connect, and ProLiant Servers.
• Perform

  call audits, documentation, and RCA reporting

  ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  (L2, L3, Labs, Call Management, and Resource Control) to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in

  Post Incident Reviews

  and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate

  mission-critical mindset

  , ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in

  Storage & SAN fundamentals

  ,

  Fiber Channel

  , and

  iSCSI technology

• Hands-on experience in

  Backup/Recovery solutions

  such as HP Enterprise-level libraries, Virtual Libraries, Disk-to-Disk systems, etc.
• Working knowledge of

  RAID, SAN, NAS concepts

  , and

  storage management tools

  (CV-TL, CV-VLS).
• Proficiency in

  problem-solving techniques

  , documentation, and systematic troubleshooting.
• General understanding of

  networking concepts and iSCSI protocol

  .
• Familiar with

  HPE EVA, MSA, NAS, XP Storage arrays

  .
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Education & Certification:

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech

  in Technical or Computer Science discipline.

• Professional Certifications Preferred:

  A+, Server+, MCSE, CCNA.
