Storage Block Consultant

Role Overview: As a Storage Block Consultant at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in the decommissioning process. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist application managers with questions and concerns related to the decommission of their applications. Your responsibilities will include creating an application decommissioning pipeline, coordinating with the Point of Contact (POC) from the service line for pipeline review, and decommission initiation. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance on decommissioning processes and timelines. - Report application infrastructure components associated with applications and related costs to application owners. - Facilitate approvals as part of decommission initiation. - Coordinate with service requests execution teams and track progress. - Ensure timely completion of decommissions in your portfolio. - Escalate issues as necessary to remove roadblocks related to decommissioning issues with specific applications. - Communicate with various stakeholders through periodic Management Information (MI). - Coordinate with compliance/controls officers to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of storage block concepts and technologies. - Experience in decommissioning processes and project management. - Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,
