Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Storage & Backup resource to support and maintain multi-vendor environment including SAN & NAS storage arrays. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise and possess strong English language skills. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel obligations.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the administration and maintenance of NetApp Storage systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Manage and support Pure Storage flash storage solutions, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
Administer Cisco SAN Switches, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain seamless connectivity.
Provide technical support and guidance for storage-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements.
Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure storage infrastructure scalability and stability.
Develop and maintain documentation for storage systems, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data with Commvault.
Monitor storage and backup infrastructure for potential issues and proactively address them to prevent disruptions.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
Stay updated with the latest storage technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations related to storage systems.
Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
Vendor co-ordination for technical challenges and solution review.
Capacity reporting and governance.
