Stock Room Clerk

You will be responsible for contacting cell supervisors, quality representatives, and CSRs in case of any issues that arise. Additionally, you will be tasked with pulling kits and managing backorders efficiently. Your role will involve identifying stock locations, moving materials from the stockroom to production departments, and keeping the stockroom organized and clean. Upon receiving materials from the receiving inspection, you will be required to check them against the paperwork to validate the quantity, part number, and description. You will also be responsible for storing received materials in an orderly manner on shelves, racks, or specified floor locations. Maintaining accurate computerized inventory records, documenting discrepancies, and assisting with complex part research will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will determine appropriate stocking locations to limit damage and deterioration of materials. You will need to order maintenance parts as they are used from the inventory and monitor supplier performance while maintaining relevant documentation related to supplier relationships.
