Stock Manager

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management and stockroom maintenance. Your primary duties will include receiving and unpacking shipments, organizing inventory, tracking stock levels, replenishing shelves, conducting quality control checks, entering data into the system, generating reports, and maintaining the stockroom. You will be tasked with receiving incoming deliveries, verifying quantities against invoices, and carefully unpacking boxes to check for any damage or defects. Additionally, you will need to properly label and categorize items, arrange stock on shelves logically, and update inventory records using computer systems or manual logs. To ensure accurate inventory levels, you will be required to conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts. Stock replenishment is also a key part of your role, where you will restock shelves on the sales floor and pull items from the stockroom to fulfill customer orders. Quality control is essential, and you will be expected to inspect products for any issues upon receipt and report them promptly. Data entry tasks will involve inputting inventory data into the system and generating reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and potential shortages. It will be crucial to keep the stockroom clean and organized, including proper labeling and signage, and to maintain stockroom equipment and supplies. Collaboration with other team members, especially retail staff, is essential to ensure smooth operations and timely stock replenishment. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. Paid sick time is a benefit offered, and the work schedule includes day shift, morning shift, and rotational shift.
