Job Description

Conduct regular physical verification of stock at all company locations.
Match physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
Prepare detailed stock reconciliation reports.
Investigate and report differences between physical and system stock.
Verify inward and outward material entries, GRNs, and issue slips.
Maintain proper documentation of stock audits, adjustments, and reports.
Share daily/weekly/monthly audit summaries with management.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ensure adherence to company inventory and accounting policies.
Suggest improvements in stock handling and record-keeping practices.
Verify proper storage and labeling of materials.
Coordinate with storekeepers, accounts, and operations teams for clarification.
Support internal and external audit teams with stock-related data.
Identify areas of potential stock loss or misuse.
Recommend preventive measures to reduce inventory shrinkage.
Use ERP or stock management systems for verification and reporting.
Ensure timely update of audited stock figures in system records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
