Job Description

Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, storage areas, and food preparation spaces. Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory. Dispose of kitchen waste and ensure garbage areas are clean and organized. Support chefs and kitchen staff by providing necessary tools and clean equipment. Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Requirements Prior experience as a steward, dishwasher, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene standards. Team player with a positive attitude.
