Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and icings as directed. Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency. Package and label finished bakery products for sale. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Assist in receiving and storing bakery ingredients and supplies. Provide support in decorating cakes, pastries, and other items as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of baking processes and techniques. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to [e.g., 25 kg]). Good time management and attention to detail. Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
