Job description Job Title: Steward Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai Experience- Min 1 year in QSR industry Work Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are hiring a well-groomed, customer-oriented Steward for our Anna Nagar outlet. The ideal candidate should be confident, have a pleasant appearance, and be passionate about engaging with customers to enhance their in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and interact with customers courteously and warmly * Engage in meaningful, polite conversation to build customer rapport * Upsell and cross-sell menu items at the counter * Understand and communicate customer preferences to the team * Promote featured products and new launches * Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism at all times Requirements: * Must have completed Hotel Management * Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English * Pleasant personality and attractive voice * Confident, enthusiastic, and approachable * Prior experience in customer-facing F&B roles preferred To Apply: Please share your resume at [email protected] or contact us at 9080603230.
