Role Overview

Experience
: 2 - 15 years (Junior and Senior roles available)
Location
: Flexible
Salary
: Competitive, ranging from 10 Lakhs to 35 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using
IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)
.
Customize and integrate core OMS functional modules like:

Participant Modeling, Process Modeling, Sourcing, Payment, Inventory Management, SDF, and Agents
.

Work with
IBM Call Center
,
IBM Store
, and
Next Generation Platform
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile or Waterfall methodologies effectively.
Ensure seamless integration with REST/SOAP APIs, eCommerce platforms, and third-party services.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain OMS solutions.

Required Skills

Proficiency in:

IBM OMS functional modules
Core Java, REST, XML, XSL, SOAP, JSON, SQL, JavaScript, Angular framework

Knowledge of
IBM Call Center
and
IBM Store Platforms
Experience with Next Generation Platform is a plus
Experience with IBM OMoC is a plus
