About the Role

STEM Trainers

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on:

Robotics
Coding (Scratch, Arduino, PictoBlox, etc.)
STEM experiments & practical activities

Guide students in project development, competitions, exhibitions, and STEM challenges.
Ensure high-quality learning delivery based on the companys curriculum.
Maintain reports, attendance, and student progress records.
Manage classroom equipment, STEM kits, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Build strong rapport with school staff, students, and parents.
Continuously improve teaching delivery and contribute ideas for curriculum upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications

Any degree – Engineering, Science, Education or relevant fields preferred.
Passion for teaching and working with children.
Basic knowledge of:

Electronics & sensors
Robotics platforms
Programming basics (Scratch/PictoBlox/Arduino – add if applicable)

Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Freshers passionate about education and technology are encouraged to apply.
