STEM Trainer

Job role: STEM Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic STEM Trainer to conduct engaging, hands-on sessions in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) for students and/or educators. The ideal candidate should be able to spark curiosity, encourage problem-solving, and deliver interactive learning experiences through innovative tools and methods.

Key Responsbilities:

• Teaching mindset and a learner, responsible and stay committed for a long term.
• Develop, implement, and deliver STEM curricula and lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, provide timely feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs and backgrounds
• Guide and mentor students during technical projects, competitions, or research activities

Job Location: Chennai, Tamilnadu

Freshers - During Probation(3 Months)- 5000-8000/ month

After probation - 16,500-20,000/ month

Experienced - During Probation(1 month)- 10,000-15,000/ month

After Probation - Salary will be based on the previous CTC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
