STEM Innovation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative solutions using

  STEM technologies

  such as

  ESP, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Embedded Systems, IoT, 3D Printing, C Programming, Python, Scratch, Robotics, Design Thinking, Drones, Artificial Intelligence, and Sensors.

• Deliver hands-on

  in-school training

  sessions to students, guiding them through STEM modules and DIY kits.
• Work closely with students to

  build real-world projects

  , explain technical concepts practically, and foster creativity.
• Mentor and support students in preparing for

  STEM competitions

  , exhibitions, and innovation challenges at various levels.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and technical teams to integrate solutions into school systems and academic workflows.
  
• Build and test

  prototypes

  , and evaluate their feasibility for educational use.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware-software integration and field implementation.
  
• Keep pace with the latest trends in

  STEM education

  , electronics, and technology to continuously enhance the training experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 03 years of relevant experience in

  Electronics & Communication Engineering

  or

  STEM training/education

  .
• Strong foundation in electronics: circuit design, microcontrollers, sensors, actuators.
  
• Proficiency in

  Embedded C

  ,

  Python

  , and working knowledge of

  Arduino/Raspberry Pi

  platforms.
• Familiarity with educational platforms like

  Scratch

  ,

  TinkerCAD

  , etc.
• Passion for teaching, working with students, and promoting innovation through project-based learning.
  
• Willingness to work full-time in schools located in Ludhiana, Khanna, Sangrur, or Amritsar.
