Job Description:

NOEL INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD. is looking for an experienced Steel Fixer Foreman to oversee and manage rebar and steel works at construction sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in residential and commercial building projects and be capable of managing steel work teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all steel fixing activities at site.
• Interpret drawings and ensure proper placement of reinforcement as per specifications.
• Manage labor teams, track progress, and ensure timely completion of steel-related tasks.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met at all times.
• Report daily work progress and material requirements to site engineers or project managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and reinforcement detailing.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of steel workers.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
• Location: Chennai (Local candidates preferred or willing to relocate).
