Structural Steel Detailer/Modeler

Qualification :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on

    SDS2 tool

    with proficiency in

    structural steel modeling

    .
  • Study and analyze

    input drawings

    received from clients.
  • Prepare and manage

    RFIs (Request for Information)

    .
  • Perform

    end connections

    and miscellaneous modeling tasks.
  • Prepare and review

    shop drawings

    and

    erection drawings

    (detailing).
  • Review

    models and drawings (QA/QC)

    for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate within the team for timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in SDS2 software

    with a structural steel detailing background.
  • Strong knowledge of

    US & European standards

    ,

    AISC guidelines

    , and detailing practices.
  • Hands-on experience in

    modeling and drawing review

    .
  • Ability to

    manage and guide a team

    effectively.
