STEAM Program & Product Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate STEAM trainers delivering programs in schools.
• Ensure consistent training quality across schools through clear SOPs and audits.
• Design and improve STEAM curriculum (lesson plans, activities, assessments).
• Lead new STEAM product development (Kits, Labs, Training Programs).
• Pilot products in schools, collect feedback, iterate, and scale.
• Identify delivery gaps and fix them with systems

Skills :

• Strong working knowledge of STEAM domains (Robotics, AI, Coding, Electronics, Design Thinking).
• Proven experience leading trainers or educators.
• Ability to create curriculum and products
• Clear, direct communication and strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Education (B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Science) or Post Graduate Degree in Science (M.Sc, in Physics, Maths, Computer Science)
• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in STEAM education, EdTech, or school training programs.
• Prior experience working with K–12 schools is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
