STEAM Product Designer

You are a STEAM Product Designer with expertise in product designing, based in Kota, Rajasthan, India. Your main responsibility will be to design skill-building STEAM products for children aged 4-14 years, focusing on creating playful experiences. You will work on both material and digital product design and design management aspects. Your key responsibilities include establishing design briefs, prototyping, and testing products to meet performance and production criteria. You will collaborate with a team to develop design concepts, select materials for product development, and illustrate ideas using storyboards and process flows. It is essential to stay updated on emerging trends in the market and materials to be used, identifying opportunities for new products. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering, or a related field. Strong creative, design, communication, and time-management skills are required, along with adaptability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer-aided design (CAD) tools, 3D modeling software, and design programs like Illustrator and Sketch is essential. Additionally, a good understanding of different materials and production methods, as well as technical and scientific knowledge related to product usage, will be beneficial for this position.,
