State Jio Home Delivery Lead

As a Sales and Distribution Manager at our company in Patna, your role will involve leading the Inside Sales representatives team at the state level. You will be responsible for setting and tracking sales targets & KPIs by monitoring Leads Generation, Sales volumes, Delivery Efficiency, and TAT. Managing the Jio Customer Associate & Jio Home Delivery Program in the state to ensure high productivity will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, driving JCAs for Lead Generation, Customer Retention & Win-back Programs and identifying and onboarding Channel Partners to ensure Partner profitability and sustained interest are crucial responsibilities. Your role will also involve collaborating with Internal and External Stakeholders for smooth operations and identifying key issues and pain points of the team to support in providing resolution. It will be essential for you to ensure the implementation of operational procedures on the ground and review and analyze daily sales performance of the team members. Coaching, training, evaluating, and monitoring inside sales representatives" performance will be part of your regular tasks. You will also be responsible for implementing various sub-programs launched by State/ NHQ.
