Job Description

As a State Head in the Business Development industry, you will be responsible for setting up your team of marketing people and managing the business of your team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Educating, updating, and establishing sales protocol for your team - Supervising the sales team and taking responsibility for their activities - Monitoring and following up on daily call lists for each team member - Conducting team meetings - Managing corporate tie-ups and follow-ups - Directing and coordinating regional sales functions - Developing and coordinating sales of Electrical & Electronic goods - Identifying and developing new customers for products and services - Researching and developing strategies for marketing opportunities - Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies - Managing sales budgets and internal operating budgets - Planning and coordinating public affairs, communications efforts, distributor events, and marketing programs - Formulating and developing manpower plans, training, and developing field force - Directing distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets - Managing major distributor accounts and coordinating the management of all other accounts - Participating in the development of new project proposals - Establishing and implementing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures - Supervising the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs - Promoting positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors - Recommending and administering policies and procedures to enhance operations - Developing annual and long-term business plans for the company - Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating regional sales staff Desired Candidate Profile: - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations - Professional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate group meetings - Flexibility in work schedule - Initiative, planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring skills - Results and customer-oriented mindset - Strong negotiation, leadership, and creativity skills - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and positive attitude If you have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field as an ASM and possess skills in B2B, dealing with dealers and distributors, then you are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be preferred. You will report to the Sales Head of the company.,
