Job Description

You will be responsible for setting up your team of marketing people and overseeing the business activities of your team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Educating, updating, and establishing sales protocols for your team - Supervising the sales team and monitoring their daily call lists - Conducting team meetings and fostering corporate tie-ups - Ensuring the overall business success of the organization - Reporting to the Sales Head of the company As a State Head, your role will involve: - Directing and coordinating regional sales functions - Developing and coordinating sales of Electrical & Electronic goods - Identifying and developing new customers for products and services - Researching and developing marketing strategies and new project development - Analyzing the effectiveness of sales strategies and providing feedback to the team - Managing sales budgets and overseeing internal operating budgets - Planning public affairs, communications efforts, and marketing programs - Formulating manpower plans and training field force - Directing distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets - Managing distributor accounts and coordinating all other accounts - Participating in the development of new project proposals - Pursuing major prospects and leading negotiations - Establishing short- and long-range goals, objectives, and policies - Supervising the preparation and delivery of sales materials and promotion programs - Promoting positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors - Administering policies and procedures to enhance operations - Developing annual and long-term business plans - Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating regional sales staff The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Any graduate in any specialization with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations - Professional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects - Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills - Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach - Strong negotiation, creativity, and leadership skills - Analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Attention to detail and a positive attitude Your experience with B2B, dealers, distributors, and sales will be valuable in this role.,
