State Head - MACT - Consumer Litigation - Motor Accident Claims

Job Description: As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for handling and managing litigation related to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal issues. Your role will involve dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators to ensure effective handling of claims. Additionally, you will be appointing advocates, following up regularly with them for opinions on compromise/contest, and adducing evidences in legal claims. It will be crucial for you to adhere to internal processes and external regulations, coordinate with internal customers, and ensure timely compliance with court orders. Reviewing cases, maintaining case files, and coordinating with local regulatory and administrative bodies will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal related issues - Dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators for effective handling of claims - Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest - Adducing evidences in legal claims - Adherence to internal processes and external regulations - Coordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims - Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts - Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system - Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodies Qualification Required: - MBA (Insurance/Legal) OR LLB (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
