State Fiber Operations Lead

As an experienced professional in Engineering & Technology, your role will involve managing the Intercity and Intracity fibre operations in the state of Guwahati. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing fibre network performance, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and devising proactive measures to enhance or maintain fibre health and performance. - Providing support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in fibres within the respective states aligned with the Fibre Operations work stream at NHQ. - Conducting OFC Network Planning. - Utilizing Fibre Testing methods and Equipment for testing purposes. - Familiarity with Accessories for Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and Ducting/Laying techniques. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B Tech) with specializations in Electrical, Telecommunication, or Mechanical. Additionally, you are required to have a substantial experience ranging from 10 to 15 years in relevant fields. Please note that this position is based in Guwahati, and you will be responsible for the efficient management of fibre operations in both Intercity and Intracity areas within the state.,
