Job Description

Manage customer portals and create delivery notes.
Validate price agreements and monitor EDI orders.
Confirm order details and manage manual order entry.
Handle order exceptions, send order confirmations, and manage returns.
Track customer order delivery and issue credit notes.
Price dispute management and provide technical support.
Answer customer questions regarding technical issues and forward complex topics and dispute cases to respective responsible functions.
Analyze internal requests.

Job Requirements

Education or university degree in business administration, sales, commerce, or any other relevant field.
Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
Experience in Order to Cash/Account Receivables/Credits and Collections/Order management/Customer service domain.
SAP Financials (FICO) is mandatory and SD is an added advantage.
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
Flexibility with shift timing and experience in a 24x5 shift model.
Service-oriented mindset and proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
Overall overview or working experience in controlling, reporting, or data analysis is an added advantage.
Experienced in a Shared Service Centre environment (ticketing tool, SLA KPIs).
