What You’ll Do Design & run programs: Create multistage frameworks—validation build launch scale. Venture selection & diligence: Assess founders, market size, unit economics, MVP feasibility. Incubation & acceleration: Coach teams on problem–solution fit, MVP , GTM , pricing, growth loops. Milestones & KPIs: Drive traction targets, fundraising readiness, demo day , and postlaunch support. Crossfunctional leadership: Orchestrate product, marketing, operations, finance & legal workstreams. Investor & ecosystem: Engage VCs , angels, accelerators, and corporate innovation partners.
