Startup Generalist
We're looking for a hands-on, resourceful
Startup Generalist
who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves wearing multiple hats. If you're the kind of person who figures things out, learns fast, and gets things done, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Customer Support
- Learn our product inside and out to assist customers effectively.
- Manage live chat and phone support to troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with empathy, clarity, and accountability.
Social Media & Engagement
- Create, schedule, and post content (reels, posts, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with other bakery businesses like, comment, and build community.
- Track engagement and share creative ideas for growth.
Content Creation
- Design marketing flyers, social media visuals, and email campaigns.
- Create short, engaging product videos highlighting product features and customer stories.
Testing
- Conduct usability testing on the customer portal.
- Identify bugs and suggest improvements based on user experience.
Sales & Marketing
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and confirm bakery owner details.
- Send personalized follow-up emails to potential customers.
Research
- Collect and refine business and owner data for bakeries across key regions.
- Support sales and marketing with accurate, updated data.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative eye for design and social media storytelling.
- Quick learner with high adaptability who can switch between roles easily.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Canva, social media, word, google suite.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem solver who takes initiative to fix, improve, and innovate.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Experience in startups or small teams.
- Familiarity with video editing tools.
