The mission

Help us turn ideas into shippable product—fast. You’ll own slices of the stack and collaborate directly with founders.

Your day-to-day

Build and iterate across React + Python services
Craft accessible, uncluttered interfaces using Tailwind / PrimeReact / PrimeFlex
Model data, write lean PostgreSQL/SQL, keep queries snappy
Integrate LLM APIs; contribute prompts and guardrails for reliable AI behavior
Jump into whatever’s needed: logs, tests, release notes, prototypes

Nice to have

Background in AdTech (auctions, attribution, or ad ops)
Interest in AI/ML and experience deploying LLM features

What makes you a fit

~1–3 years building real software (or equivalent portfolio)
Comfortable moving up and down the stack
Bias to action; you value momentum and measurable impact
