You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end program lifecycle, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your role will involve providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure the smooth execution of all program components. Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as marketing, legal, and support teams will be crucial to align on program goals and execution strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to build strong relationships with external stakeholders like program partners, funders, investors, and domain experts. Working closely with portfolio start-ups to understand their needs and support them in achieving their goals will be a key aspect of your role. You will facilitate mentorship, networking, and provide access to resources for start-ups within the program. Monitoring start-up progress and ensuring effective utilization of program offerings will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing day-to-day program operations, ensuring efficiency, and alignment with program objectives will be essential. You will be handling multiple projects and engagements simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness. Given the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the start-up ecosystem, adaptability will be crucial. Developing and implementing robust progress reporting mechanisms to track program performance and outcomes will be required. Presenting detailed program reports and updates to leadership, partners, and stakeholders, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to identify improvement opportunities, will be part of your duties. Organizing events, workshops, and networking sessions to build a vibrant community of start-ups, mentors, and partners will be essential. Driving initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem and create long-term value for all stakeholders will also be a key responsibility. Staying updated on trends and best practices in start-up incubation, accelerator programs, and the broader entrepreneurial landscape will be necessary. You will be expected to propose innovative ideas to enhance program design, delivery, and outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of experience in program management, start-up ecosystems, or a related role. Experience working with inclusive tech, fintech, or jobs & livelihoods start-ups is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The skills required for this position include a strong understanding of start-up operations, investment mechanisms, and ecosystem dynamics. A proven track record of managing complex programs with diverse stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.,
