Skill set of person expected

1) Understanding the Finacle business functionality across modules like CASA, Loans, Assets etc.

2) Interact with functional team and client for requirement gathering.

3) Update the solution document with technical details.

4) Lead a team of Finacle to ensure delivery of CR’s on time with optimal performance and stability of the core banking system.

5) Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for Finacle enhancement project and support.

6) Lead a team of 6-7 members and anchor daily stand-up call.

7) Allocate and delegate tasks to team members and monitor progress.

8) Mentor and train junior staff to build technical and functional capabilities.

9) Conduct performance reviews and set development goals.

10) Act as the escalation point for critical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
