Position Summary Join a dynamic and growth-oriented team at BPTP Limited as the Consolidation Head , a critical role pivotal to the organizations financial integrity and strategic vision. You will lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements, provide insights through advanced analysis, and support BPTPs standalone financials, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This role plays a significant part in BPTPs listing journey, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency and drive excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financials of BPTP limited ensuring compliance with Ind AS and listing guidelines . Support the preparation of BPTPs standalone financials , including critical notes to accounts and advanced variance analysis. Conduct detailed financial ratio and trend analysis to provide strategic insights to the Board and senior management. Ensure timely and accurate reporting , maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. Actively contribute to BPTP’s listing process , aligning financial statements with regulatory and investor expectations. Drive process improvements through the use of technology , enhancing efficiency in financial reporting. Address GST, direct tax, and departmental queries, ensuring swift and accurate responses.
