Stall Assistant (part time) - student/ fresher -(HSR)

Job Title: Stall / Shop AssistantRole Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Stall/Shop Assistant to manage daily operations at our stall. The role includes customer handling, product display, billing, and ensuring overall stall cleanliness and smooth functioning.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet and assist customers visiting the stall.
• Explain products, pricing, offers, and brand benefits.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Sales

• Promote products to customers and achieve daily sales targets.
• Perform product demos or sampling if required.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.

Stall Management

• Set up the stall daily—arrange products, banners, displays, and samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the stall throughout the day.
• Ensure proper stock availability at the stall.

Billing & Cash Handling

• Manage cash, UPI transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Issue bills/receipts and reconcile cash at the end of the day.

Inventory Management

• Track stock levels and update the supervisor when items need replenishment.
• Assist with packing, restocking, and organizing products.

Operations & Reporting

• Follow stall opening and closing procedures.
• Share daily sales reports and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in retail, stalls, events, food counters, exhibitions, or customer service.
• Good communication skills (basic English or local language).
• Polite, energetic, and presentable.
• Willing to stand for long hours and manage crowds.
• Basic knowledge of using phone-based POS apps (UPI, billing apps).

Education

• 10th/12th pass or any graduate (flexible depending on requirement).

Work Timing

• Based on event schedule or stall timing (weekends/festivals may be required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹50.00 - ₹100.00 per day

Expected hours: 60 per week
